High-Volume BDC Appointment Setter – Buy Center Agent
Do you thrive on the phone, enjoy talking to people, and love hitting goals? We're looking for an energetic, driven Appointment Setter to join our growing Buy Center Business Development Center (BDC) team.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound and inbound calls to private-party vehicle owners.
- Build rapport and qualify vehicles for purchase.
- Schedule appointments for customers to bring their vehicles to our Buy Center.
- Follow up with leads using phone, text, and email.
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily appointment and performance goals.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- High-energy, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls every day.
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person.

Compensation: Base wage of $18.00/hour (guaranteed), plus commission of $10.00 for each completed appointment visit and $25.00 for each vehicle the dealership purchases as a result. Estimated total compensation at target performance is approximately $69,000–$76,000 per year. Actual earnings depend on individual performance; top performers can earn more, and earnings may be lower during ramp-up or if targets aren't met.
Additional earning opportunities may be available through periodic spiffs, contests, and bonus incentives (offered at the dealership's discretion and not guaranteed).

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficient at MS Office
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
