- Start as a lot attendant or express technician — no experience needed — and we pay for the factory training and certifications that move you up. Most of our technicians came up exactly this way.
- What is flat-rate technician pay?
- Each repair carries a set number of hours and you are paid for those hours regardless of how long the job takes you. Faster, cleaner technicians turn more hours, and our postings set the rate by your certification level and experience.
